Chief AI Officer for hire
Someone needs to own the AI. I do.
You have a business to run. I join your leadership team to decide where AI is useful, build the systems, and take responsibility for keeping them useful. Strategy, delivery, and your team's ability to use it belong together.
30 minutes with me. Your business, the work, and whether I can help.

- 6 to 12 months
Where I learned the work
I built it inside the business I ran.
Product creation, content, pricing, inventory. I learned where AI could help by putting it into my own DTC fashion business and working through the consequences with my team.

For an established business.
Usually $1M to $50M in revenue and a team of 10 to 200. You want someone to own the work across the business, not another tool for your team to figure out.
With a practical place to start.
A support queue that keeps growing. Product work that takes too long. Information spread across systems. The first project should solve a problem you can point to.
The scope
The work I take responsibility for.
An AI decision should have an owner. I stay involved from the first operational review through the systems your team uses each week.
- AI leadership as part of your leadership team
- An operations audit: where AI helps, and where it does not
- A roadmap ordered by business value and effort
- Production software and the integrations it needs
- Hands-on training for the people using it
- Weekly progress updates and deliverables
- Decisions about vendors, tools, data, and infrastructure
- Continued measurement, maintenance, and improvement
Before we talk
A few useful answers.
What if I already have a CTO?
I work alongside them. They own the broader technology organization; I take responsibility for the AI work, its business priorities, and its delivery.
What does the time commitment look like?
Typical engagements run 6 to 12 months, with substantial weekly involvement, regular conversations, and weekly deliverables. The proposal makes the scope and working rhythm explicit.
Can you work on-site?
Most work is remote, with optional on-site days in San Diego for kickoffs and important milestones.
How do we decide whether this is the right fit?
I start with your business, the work slowing it down, and the team that will use what I build. If a smaller strategy engagement or a single project makes more sense, that is where the conversation should lead.
